NHN Polyimide film polyary lamide fiber composite material is a three-layer soft composite insulating material, which is composed of two sides of NOMEX paper and polyimide film bonded by adhesive.

NHN Polyimide film polyary lamide fiber composite material has excellent dielectric properties and good mechanical properties, flexibility, can reduce the insulation thickness of the groove, increase the groove full rate, and has good conformability. Low dielectric loss, excellent high temperature characteristics, suitable for various harsh and inferior working environments.


Application:

NHN Polyimide film polyary lamide fiber composite material is suitable for slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation, phase-to-phase insulation, thermal insulation of H-class motors and electrical appliances and insulation treatment of dry-type transformers.


Notice:

1. During slitting and use, edge gaps and cracks should be prevented to avoid tearing during operation and to avoid surface scratches, oil and dust pollution.

2. Store in an environment below 40℃, keep clean and dry, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.

3. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the test according to the technical requirements.
