The main component of insulating paint is mainly the base resin, which is also the film-forming material. The amount of water added shall not exceed 25% of the paint weight, subject to the recommended amount in practice. Generally, the larger the motor, the greater the viscosity of the paint. The larger the motor, the more chaotic the structure, and the longer the baking time; When the baking temperature is improved, the baking time can be appropriately shortened; When the baking temperature is lowered, it is necessary to extend the baking time. Vacuum drying tank shall be kept warm for more than 4 hours. If the baking time of insulating paint is too long or the temperature is too high, the casing may turn yellow or even black, but the excellent flexibility will not affect the insulation quality. It is recommended to use acrylic casing for drying inspection: it is necessary to conduct withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests on the workpieces after they are discharged from the furnace, and the statement that they have reached the factory index request has been dried. If the factory request cannot be reached, the baking temperature shall be improved or the baking time shall be extended. The insulating paint shall not be mixed with other types of insulating paint, or it may become milky white or even deposit.
