Green shell paper, also known as highland barley paper, is a common name for green thin electrical insulating cardboard. It is made of wood fiber or mixed with cotton fiber, and is manufactured by a certain process. The commonly used colors of thin electrical insulating paperboard are yellow and cyan. Yellow is commonly known as yellow shell paper, and cyan is commonly known as green shell paper.
Green shell paper has good mechanical strength, high electrical strength, smooth surface and high toughness. It is widely used as insulating material in motors, electrical appliances, instruments and other equipment, and is also used to make 6250 polyester film composite foil.
(1) Use of green shell paper: Green shell paper is used as electrical insulation material on electric motors. For example, the fan blade and the fan head of a household ceiling fan are fastened with screws, and there is a layer of green shell paper in the middle; the blue shell paper is sandwiched between the main shaft pressure ring of the lathe and the gear box.
(2) Specifications of green shell paper (mm): Common specifications are: 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2.
(3) Marking example of green shell paper: green shell paper with a thickness of 0.2mm is marked as: green shell paper 0.2.

Fish paper is a two-layer flexible composite material, produced by B Class adhesive to adhere insulation paper with polyester film together
--Two layers: polyester film is bonded with insulating paper.
--Base Layer: 100% Sulfate wood pulp presspaper
--Outer Layer: Polyester film(PET) for Electrical Purposes

—Thickness: 0.08-0.45mm
--Form: roll, sheet, strip
--Colur: Blue, cyan, nature brown. Special colours can be provided on request. --Three or four layers can be produced on request.
--The insulation system has been approved by UL (NO.: E310670) and the products have passed ROHS and RECH test.
