6520 polyester film insulation paper insulation composite material is a two-layer electrical insulation composite material formed by bonding 100% sulfate wood pulp fiber insulation paper and 6020 high temperature resistant electrical insulation polyester film.
6520 polyester film insulation paper insulation composite material has higher mechanical strength and better dielectric property. According to the thickness of selected polyester film, this product is divided into 6520-23, 6520-36, 6520-50. The thicker the polyester film is, the higher the electrical strength is.

Application:
6520 polyester film insulation paper insulation composite material is used as slot, phase, turn-to-turn and liner insulation in Class E/B motor and electrical appliances.
Notice:
1. During slitting and use, edge gaps and cracks should be prevented to avoid tearing during operation and to avoid surface scratches, oil and dust pollution.
2. Store in an environment below 40℃, keep clean and dry, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
3. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the test according to the technical requirements.
