Features and application:

1.Production:

-- G10 and FR4 are made of electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by processing under pressure and heat.

--The thicker you choose, the higher electrical strength is.

2.Features and Aplication:

--Insulation class: B class (130 °C).

--G10&FR4 with high mechanical properties at medium humidity and good dielectric stability at high humidity. FR4 possess of anti-fire besides the properties G10 posses.

-- Applied to the mechanical lines, electron lines and electrical appliance lines.

3.Availability:

--Form: Sheet or other form customized according to customer requirements.

--Colur: Green , Yellow or other customized color. ESD (Black colors)

--Thickness : 0.3mm-100mm.

--Size: Regular 1020X2020, 1220X2020, 1020X1220, 1220X2440mm.

--Special specifications can be customized.

4.Certification:

--The insulation system has been approved by UL (NO.: E310670) and the products have passed ROHS and RECH test.
