Description

Insulating paper is a material used for electrical insulation. According to its different insulating properties and uses, it is usually divided into the following grades:
1. Grade A insulating paper: also known as thickness paper, is one of the most commonly used insulating papers. Its thickness is usually between 0.05mm and 0.15mm, and it is mainly used for insulation of electrical equipment such as motors and electrical appliances.
2. Grade B insulating paper: also known as film paper, the thickness is usually between 0.025mm and 0.05mm, and it has better insulation performance and mechanical strength. It is mainly used in electrical equipment under high temperature, high pressure, high frequency and other conditions.
3. Class F insulating paper: also known as polyimide film, is a high-temperature, high-strength, high-stability insulating material. Its operating temperature range is usually between 155°C and 180°C, and it is mainly used for high temperature and high pressure electrical equipment.
4. H-grade insulating paper: also known as polyimide composite paper, is a high-temperature, high-strength, high-stability insulating material. Its operating temperature range is usually between 180°C and 220°C, and it is mainly used for high temperature and high voltage electrical equipment, such as transformers and cables.
It should be noted that different countries and regions may have different standards and naming methods, and the above grades are for reference only. In practical applications, the appropriate insulating paper grade should be selected according to the specific electrical equipment and conditions of use.

Insulating paper is a general term for electrical insulating paper. It is used as insulating material for various electrical equipment such as cables and coils. In addition to having good insulation performance and mechanical strength, H-grade insulating paper also has its own characteristics.

main features
