Pouring method of insulating paint for motor coil

Insulating paint is generally composed of paint base, solvent or thinner and auxiliary materials. It can be divided into four types according to the scope and form of use: impregnating paint, covering paint, silicon steel sheet paint and anti corona paint.

After pre drying, the moisture is discharged, and the stator can be erected. Then, use a brush to dip the paint, drop it along the notch, and then adjust it to drip again, subject to the paint flowing out from the lower end. Finally, the bridge lines are painted. Then dry it. 1. Pre drying: In order to remove the moisture from the coil, pre drying must be carried out. The temperature should be controlled at 100-110 ℃, and the time is generally 4-8 hours.

2. After pre drying, let the iron core cool to 60-70 ℃ and then soak it. Make sure that all windings are immersed in paint. Until there are no bubbles. Then put it vertically, drip the residual paint, and then wipe the residual paint on the part other than the coil on the core with toluene.

3. Drying: The residual paint drips and is thick. It can be baked in the drying room or oven at a temperature of 100~110 ℃. The time depends on the size of the motor. When drying, the heating is divided into two stages. Start to bake at 60~70 ℃ for a period of time to volatilize the solvent and dry it internally, and then add it to the baking temperature.

The important motor shall be dipped twice.
