YA1140 Epoxy polyester solvent-free impregnated insulating varnish is composed of heat-resistant Unsaturated Polyester Resin, epoxy resin, curing agent, active diluent, etc.

Advantage:

YA1140 Epoxy polyester solvent-free impregnated insulating varnish has superior electrical properties, moisture-proof and thermal properties and mechanical properties, with low viscosity, strong permeability and fast curing speed. At the same time, it overcomes the disadvantages of the same type of insulating resin after vacuum immersion and curing, such as too hard lead-out line and difficulty in peeling the wire head.

Application:

YA1140 Epoxy polyester solvent-free impregnated insulating varnish is suitable for all kinds of ordinary manual, continuous impregnation machine or vacuum impregnation process, and can be used for quick-drying impregnation insulation treatment of all kinds of motors, electrical appliances, generator sets and transformer windings. This product is not suitable for closed motors.

Notice:

1. During slitting and use, edge gaps and cracks should be prevented to avoid tearing during operation and to avoid surface scratches, oil and dust pollution.

2. Store in an environment below 40℃, keep clean and dry, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.

3. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the test according to the technical requirements.
